Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a Sales Manager / Operations Manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. You will lead a hands-on team, drive membership and retail goals, and foster a positive, guest-focused culture.

Open availability is required as studios operate early to late, 7 days a week. Candidates should be strong leaders with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and experience with MindBody is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
• Excellent leadership skills; able to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Open availability; locations open early and close late 7 days a week.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, set expectations and delegate.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
• Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell continuously to meet or exceed sales and membership goals.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team; provide ongoing feedback.
• Create and manage staff schedules; oversee inventory and customer service.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for guests and ensure guest questions are answered quickly.

Management Responsibilities (includes But Not Limit To)

• Selling. All the time. If you want a non-selling "office" job, this isn't it.
• Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You'll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
• Responsible for the motivation to achieve and exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals.
• Captivating a positive culture with team recognition's and studio contests.
• Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Creating Schedules, Inventory Management, Customer Service, etc.
• Maintains an impeccable and clean studio.

Here's what you need to bring to the table
