Service Champions in Rocklin, CA is hiring an Entry-Level Field Service Technician as part of a paid 9-week training program at Champions University in Pleasanton. The role offers full-time employment with on-site work, competitive compensation, and growth opportunities while training to service residential HVAC systems.

No prior residential HVAC experience is required; we hire for attitude and train for skill.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top performance by performing routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
• Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, clear communication, and education on system maintenance.
• Accurately document services performed and recommendations made through proper forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Adhere to Service Champions’ quality and safety standards while fulfilling commitments.

Additional Information:

Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, a background check, drug test, MVR, and reference check will be conducted.

Annualized potential compensation based on individual performance: $50,000 - $65,000
