Qualifications

• Electrical certification or licensure preferred; technical/trade school training is a plus.
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, wiring, panels, lighting, and codes.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus.
• Excellent ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Electrician - Lead Install Technician

Responsibilities

• Electrical System Installation– Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homesSystem Inspections & Testing – Conduct inspections and perform electrical tests to ensure safety, performance, and compliance with all codes
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics– Identify electrical issues, diagnose system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions
• Customer Interaction– Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide updates throughout the job
• Code Compliance– Ensure all installations and repairs meet national, state, and local electrical codes
• Service Calls & Estimates– Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate estimates for proposed work
• Documentation– Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, repairs, installations, and materials
• Safety Compliance– Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE requirements, and best practices
• Customer Service– Deliver outstanding, professional, customer-first service at every visit

Qualifications
