Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Job Coordinator/Auditor to manage and audit tasks within our National Account Programs for restoration and mitigation projects nationwide.

You will oversee job files, perform audits, and ensure timely, accurate documentation and billing. The role requires strong analytics, communication skills, and proficiency with job management tools (Xactimate, Symbility, and MS Office).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in job coordination, project management, or auditing within the mitigation and restoration industry.
  • Knowledge of national account programs, job management systems, and auditing standards in restoration.
  • Attention to detail and ability to review large data and documentation for accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and job management software (Xactimate/Symbility).
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • IICRC certifications (e.g., Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage job files for National Account Programs from initiation to completion. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct thorough audits of job files to ensure compliance with company standards, contractual agreements, and industry regulations. Identify discrepancies or errors in project documentation and take corrective actions.
  • Maintain and organize detailed records, including job files, client communications, billing information, and change orders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the national account managers, clients, and field teams. Ensure all parties are aligned on project timelines, scope of work, and billing procedures.
  • Generate and submit periodic reports on job statuses, audits, and project progress. Escalate any issues to the National Account Program Manager when necessary.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes to increase efficiency and ensure smoother project execution and job tracking.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Job Coordinator/Auditor to manage and audit various tasks associated with our National Account Programs. This role is key in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of restoration and mitigation projects at a national level. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, a strong understanding of project management, and a keen eye for quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Coordination: Oversee and manage job files for National Account Programs from initiation to completion. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of job files to ensure compliance with company standards, contractual agreements, and industry regulations. Identify discrepancies or errors in project documentation and take corrective actions.
  • Data Management: Maintain and organize detailed records, including job files, client communications, billing information, and change orders.

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Certifications: IICRC certifications (e.g., Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician) preferred but not required.
