Automotive Lift Service provided pay range

This range is provided by Automotive Lift Service. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

The Job Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for automotive lift and other garage equipment jobs. This role requires a thorough understanding of automotive lifts and other garage equipment, parts, and costs, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. While experience in the automotive lift industry is preferred, training will be provided to a candidate with a demonstrated aptitude for mechanical work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze project plans, specifications, and/or other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for automotive lift and other garage equipment installations, services, and repairs according to company guidelines.
  2. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and present estimates to customers and management.
  3. Provide top-tier customer service, responding to telephone calls and written inquiries regarding automotive lift and other garage equipment installation, repair, and inspections.
  4. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent and three to five years of relevant experience. Applicants with a technical background in mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic systems may be considered.
  2. Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a technical or related field, preferred.
  3. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
