Asotin County is seeking a dedicated Job Developer to join our team in Asotin, WA. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with transition-aged youth (ages 16–21) and individuals with disabilities, guiding them as they build essential job skills, explore diverse career opportunities, and gain valuable paid work experience.

As a Job Developer, you will serve as a vital connector between job seekers and local employers, matching individuals with employment opportunities that align with their strengths, interests, and aspirations. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills will be key as you collaborate with employers, employees, and community partners to create meaningful pathways to employment.

This position offers a competitive wage of $20.25 per hour under a collective bargaining agreement, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Full-time benefits include a choice of three medical plans, dental and vision coverage, pension, deferred compensation, 11 paid holidays plus one floating holiday, vacation, and sick leave.
