As a Job Developer, you provide tools and support to finish the job search process and secure employment, coordinating transportation when needed and ensuring access to resources and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typing at least 25 words per minute and able to use company laptop.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with resume writing, job applications, interviews, and job placement.
• Provide tools and support to help clients complete the job search and secure dream jobs.

REQUIREMENTS

1. High school diploma/GED or above.
2. Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
3. A clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles.
4. Ability to pass a background and drug screening (a list of the disqualifying offenses can be provided if needed).
