Job summary

The position supports employment readiness, documents progress, and liaises with local employers to meet licensing and accreditation standards. A $2,500 hiring bonus is available; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate ability to read and understand material, write sample reports, perform basic arithmetic, and read charts/graphs.
• Clear communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between businesses and program participants.
• Document progress and activities in standard forms and reports.
• Support daily site operations to meet licensure and accreditation requirements.
• Current State of Minnesota employees are not eligible for the hiring bonus.
