Opportunity Partners, Inc. seeks a Job Support Coach to help adults with disabilities work and earn at customer sites in the Twin Cities metro. You will travel to multiple sites to back up coaches and support clients in janitorial, mailroom, or production roles.

No prior experience is required; we provide training and support. A high school diploma or GED is required. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and helping clients develop job skills and confidence.

Responsabilités

• Help our clients with disabilities to successfully work at customer sites in the metro area.
• Travel to all customer sites in the metro area to back up our Job Support Coaches during their absences.
• Train, coach, and assist clients with disabilities at customer sites doing janitorial, mailroom or production work.
• Support clients in developing work skills and social interaction on the job.
