Opportunity Partners, Inc. is seeking a Job Support Coach to help adults with disabilities at our customer site in Brooklyn Park, MN. The role blends into client sites to support our team and individuals we serve.

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm with a wage of $19.00 per hour. We welcome applicants with no experience and offer training; a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED is required.
• No experience required. We train you.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

• Train, coach, and assist our clients with disabilities while working at our business customer’s site.
• Learn what it means to successfully work with others.
• Assist our clients with disabilities to develop and enhance their work skills.
• Bring meaning to their lives by having a job that they enjoy.
• Grow and develop their social skills.
