Job summary

Davis Street Community Center is seeking a Job Coach to support adults with disabilities in securing and maintaining community-based employment. You will review client cases, provide on-site coaching, and help clients develop workplace skills and communicate with coworkers and supervisors.

Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday mornings with additional hours as needed; involve evenings or weekends to meet client needs. A supportive team environment and community-based training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of experience working with or caring for adults with disabilities.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Review client case files and conduct regular on-site worksite visits to assess goals and support needs.
• Develop and implement vocational training plans to build job skills and workplace adjustment.
• Provide ongoing coaching to help clients meet job expectations and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Adjust support and scheduling as client needs change, including evenings or weekends.
