Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Job Coach to serve Gloucester, Camden, Cumberland & Salem Counties, New Jersey. The role focuses on teaching job skills and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve successful employment.

The starting pay rate is $18.00 per hour. The Job Coach will work closely with individuals at the job site, analyze requirements, and help them perform tasks with appropriate supports.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ full-time work experience in employment or related field.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to analyze a job and break it into manageable components.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm in a crisis situation.
• Ability to present ideas and factual data clearly.
• Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with individuals.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing.

We are now hiring a Part-Time Job Coach will service Gloucester, Camden, Cumberland & Salem Counties, New Jersey.The Job Coach uses best practices and technology within a community-based employment setting.TheJob Coach will supervise and trainindividualswith developmental disabilities on how to acquire the skills needed to perform specific tasks, work routines, and personal life activities that are critical tosuccessful employment.
