Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Murrieta and surrounding areas.

You will provide on-the-job coaching, personalized training, and ongoing job-readiness assessments to help clients succeed in community-based employment. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and are willing to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Offer personalized job training and mentorship to help clients meet employer expectations.
• Conduct ongoing vocational assessments to evaluate client strengths and job-readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with case managers, employment specialists, and supervisors to ensure client success.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partner employers.
• Promote inclusion, independence, and workplace success for all clients.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between job sites.
• Previous experience in human services, disability services, job coaching, or special education is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person!
• Must be flexible and open to working various shifts as needed.
