Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Job Coach II to provide on-the-job training and coaching for individuals with disabilities in the West Allis area. You will help clients become more independent at community jobs and identify solutions for soft skills, transportation, and skill development.

Responsibilities include planning and guiding coaching activities, engaging with employers, and maintaining case notes and progress reports while collaborating with families and funding

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or equivalent experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends based on client schedules and coverage needs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implements strategies to coach individuals at employment and volunteer sites to build skills and independence.
• Coordinates and leads meetings with stakeholders and maintains professional relationships.
• Provides job-related counseling on career exploration, personal grooming, and social skills.
• Documents progress with regular case notes and monthly reports.
