Job summary

PRIDE Industries is hiring a Job Coach Federal Worksites to support employees with disabilities on a military installation. This role provides employment assistance, helps with hygiene, attendance, communication, and working with customers, supervisors, leads and co-workers.

You will assist in accommodations, ensure safety, and maintain positive relationships while meeting contract needs. The role emphasizes support, compliance, and teamwork within a federal worksite setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with people with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Excellent written business English communication.
• Strong human relations skills for teamwork.
• Customer service skills and problem solving.
• Basic computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coach employees with disabilities to succeed in their job.
• Assist with arrival/departure, transportation, and site protocol training.
• Coach attendance, schedule, performance, interactions, and behavior.
• Maintain case files with notes, incident reports, and evaluations daily.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Communicate with employees and supervisors to maintain positive relationships.
