MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated and professional Job Coach to join our Summer Work Experience - St Peters Career Center team! The ideal candidate will support our mission, "Changing Lives Through the Power of Work!" and embody our core values of diversity, integrity, passion, professionalism, respect, and responsibility.
The SWE Program helps support young participants with disabilities by providing summer employment training. As a SWE Job Coach, you'll spend your time in the community, traveling within the St Peters area to meet with youth participants and employers at work sites.
Job Coaches are responsible for helping participants acclimate to various work environments while they gain experience and develop new skills. The program spans eight weeks from June to July, and selected candidates must attend training sessions in April and May. Please note that this is a part-time position, and the working hours are 20-22 hours per week.
