Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals to support their employment goals.
• Provide on-the-job coaching, training, and support.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and community partners.
• Monitor progress and implement services as outlined in each individual's plan.
• Maintain professional boundaries and advocate for client rights.
• Report health and safety concerns and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and attend staff meetings.
• Work a flexible schedule based on client needs.
