🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Work 1:1 with participants at their jobs — coaching and supporting in real time
• Help teach job skills, time management, and workplace communication
• Encourage independence while providing backup support when needed
• Communicate with employers and our team to ensure long‑term success
• Document progress and observations after each shift
• Offer transportation or accompany participants to work as needed
