Job summary

Community High School District 99 is seeking a Job Coach for Special Services to support students with disabilities as they transition from high school into the community. The role involves teaching transition skills in a community setting and requires ISBE Paraprofessional licensure.

Eligibility to obtain an IL School bus driver permit upon hire is also expected. Hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, five days a week, for 36 weeks per year.

• ISBE Paraprofessional licensure required; eligible to obtain IL School bus driver permit upon hire.

Start Date: 11/05/2026 or ASAP

Required IL Licensure: ISBE Paraprofessional (PEL/ELS/PARA/SUB) is required. Must be eligible to obtain IL School bus driver permit upon hire.

Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (since the position is in the community, some flexibility is required)

5 Days/week; 36 weeks/year

Salary: $21.50 - $24.00 (dependent upon experience)
