Job summary

Community High School District 99 is seeking a Job Coach for Special Services to support students with disabilities as they transition from high school into the community. The role involves teaching transition skills in a community setting and requires ISBE Paraprofessional licensure.

Eligibility to obtain an IL School bus driver permit upon hire is also expected. Hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, five days a week, for 36 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• ISBE Paraprofessional licensure required; eligible to obtain IL School bus driver permit upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with disabilities as they transition from High School into the Community.
• Transition skills are taught in the Community.
