Job summary

The Bradley Center is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support students with disabilities in on-site job training and community placements. You will teach workplace behaviors, model tasks, and help students build independence and self-advocacy.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 21+ years old, valid driver’s license and auto insurance. The role offers opportunities for advanced training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation, or related field.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities, preferably in vocational, educational, or therapeutic settings.
• Experience supporting job training, community-based instruction, or employment services.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support and supervision to students at job training, internship, or community-based vocational sites.
• Teach and model appropriate workplace behaviors, communication skills, and job-specific tasks.
• Assist students in developing independence, self-advocacy, and problem-solving skills in the workplace.
• Collaborate with employers, site supervisors, and school staff to ensure job placements align with student goals and abilities.
• Monitor student performance, collect data, and document progress toward IEP and transition goals.
• Adapt tasks or environments as needed to accommodate student strengths and needs.

The Bradley School is a licensed private academy educating students who present with special education needs. These students may have learning, emotional and/or behavioral challenges and struggle to succeed in a traditional classroom setting. Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support and supervision to students at job training, internship, or community based vocational sites
• Teach and model appropriate workplace behaviors, communication skills, and job‑specific tasks
• Assist students in developing independence, self‑advocacy, and problem‑solving skills in the workplace
• Collaborate with employers, site supervisors, and school staff to ensure job placements align with student goals and abilities
• Monitor student performance, collect data, and document progress toward Individualized Education Program (IEP) and transition goals
• Adapt tasks or environments as needed to accommodate student strengths and needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation, or related field required
