Your work will involve analyzing data, reviewing roles, and delivering actionable insights to project teams.

Ideal candidates will have experience in compensation or classification, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel.

• Prepare tables, summaries, reports, and presentation materials.
• Support development of salary structures and implementation options.
• Work with project managers and senior advisors to deliver accurate findings.

Public-sector experience and certifications are preferred but not required.
