• Organize data collection, salary surveys, stakeholder interviews, and document reviews.
• Coordinate compensation analysts, HR specialists, and senior advisors.
• Review findings for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.
• Help develop salary structures, compensation recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Prepare client updates, reports, and presentations.
• Track project budgets, risks, and outstanding decisions.
• Support proposal development with project planning and relevant technical input.

About the Opportunity

This opportunity is suited to program managers, project managers, compensation managers, HR professionals, and consultants with experience coordinating workforce or compensation initiatives. We welcome candidates from government, corporate, healthcare, education, nonprofit, and consulting environments. Public-sector experience is preferred but not required.
