Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Job Captain to support the delivery of innovative design projects, leading coordination with consultants and internal teams, and producing high-quality construction documents. You will apply your Revit skills and knowledge of building codes to ensure accurate, buildable drawings and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the field of Architecture.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Revit skills and knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams across all design phases.
• Provide Revit support for preparation of project documents.
• Utilize the company’s resource groups for design and collaboration.
• Prepare design and construction documents.
• Assist the Project Manager or Architect with construction services such as site visits and review of shop drawings.
• Perform project code searches and analyses for each project.
• Assist in preparation of project schedules and budgets review.
• Provide submittals for jurisdiction agencies and communicate with clients and team members.
