Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Architectural Designer / Job Captain in Irvine, CA, a hybrid role that blends hands-on production with project coordination. You will develop Revit drawing packages and lead document sets across multiple project types, collaborating directly with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality constructions.

Responsibilities

• Support project startup activities and project execution efforts.

We’re partnering with a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering practice that is growing rapidly and needs a technically strong Architectural Designer / Job Captain who enjoys being hands‑on in production, coordination, and project execution.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to work on meaningful projects, collaborate directly with architects and engineers, and take ownership of project deliverables while continuing to develop technically. The team supports a diverse portfolio of institutional, public‑sector, healthcare, education, industrial, commercial, and technically complex facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Experience supporting technically complex projects
• AutoCAD experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $72.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
