Job summary

Johnson Matthey, Inc. is seeking a JMPS Specialist to support the Johnson Matthey Production System deployment across a complex manufacturing site. You will help ensure the toolkit is complete, self-service friendly, and easily learned by teams across shifts and lines.

You will train and coach teams to use JMPS tools, identify plan weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement while sharing best practices across CA plants and promoting a strong coaching culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2 years of related experience.
• 1 year in production systems, KPI/data analysis, SMED, standard work, deployment sheets, and coaching.
• 1 year in SAP Production Module, Excel, Power BI, and 5S for planning, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support JMPS deployment and ensure a self-service toolkit.
• Train and coach teams to use JMPS tools to improve performance.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in the deployment plan and adjust.
• Lead cross-functional teams across shifts and lines.
