Job summary

VettedBench is seeking a Performance Test Engineer to design and execute load, stress, and spike tests using Apache JMeter. The role focuses on benchmarking microservices API latency and database throughput under multi-tenant peak loads to identify bottlenecks and drive capacity improvements.

You will combine performance testing with SQL Server query profiling and APM/infrastructure monitoring to support capacity planning and ensure system scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with load, stress and spike testing using JMeter.
• Experience benchmarking API latency and multi-tenant throughput.
• Ability to profile SQL Server queries and optimize performance.
• Familiarity with APM and infrastructure monitoring.
• Capac ity planning and capacity tuning recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute load test scenarios using JMeter
• Design and execute stress test scenarios using JMeter
• Design and execute spike test scenarios using JMeter
• Benchmark microservices API latency under multi-tenant peak loads
• Benchmark database throughput under multi-tenant peak loads
• Identify performance bottlenecks
• Provide capacity tuning recommendations
