Job summary

Jersey Mike's Prosper is hiring friendly Crew Members to greet guests, slice meats, build subs, and keep the shop clean. No experience required; hands-on training is provided and personality matters.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with daily tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to move into Shift Leader roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be 16+ to apply (18+ to operate the slicer).
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

• Guest Service: Greet every guest with a warm welcome and provide friendly, fast service with a little zing!
• Food Prep: Slice meats, cut fresh vegetables, bake bread, and build subs to exact recipe specs.
• Point of Sale: Take accurate orders at the counter and process payments on the register.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a sparkling clean workspace, wash dishes, and sweep or mop the restaurant.
• Teamwork: Work closely with team members and managers to run smooth, high-energy shifts.

Salary Range: $10.00 To $14.50 Hourly

Do you love high energy, delicious food, and making people smile? We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our Jersey Mike's team.
