You will work with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure vehicles are built, reworked, and delivered safely and on schedule, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• JLTV A0/A1 platform experience is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on defense vehicles.
• Experience in production/manufacturing/heavy equipment environment preferred.
• HS diploma required; degree preferred in vehicle service repair or diesel technology.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose, repair, modify, and retrofit JLTVs in a production plant environment.
• Perform installation, removal, and rework of mechanical, electrical, and structural components per specifications.
• Support production line operations and troubleshoot build issues to maintain workflow.
• Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and materials to complete retrofit activities on time.
• Interpret drawings, work instructions, and service manuals to execute tasks accurately.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and corrective actions.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Assist with validation, inspection, and testing of retrofitted vehicles prior to release.
• Maintain documentation of repairs, modifications, and parts usage.
