Job summary

SDV Construction Inc. is hiring a Shop Technician to work with cutting-edge equipment on high-profile projects. This full-time role emphasizes hands-on repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance, with strong mentorship and training to grow your skills.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles and machinery, interpreting manuals and specs, while prioritizing safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a shop technician or mechanic; ASE certification preferred.
• Expertise with maintenance and repair of vehicles, equipment and machinery.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and equipment specifications accurately.
• Collaborate with Safety Director and project teams to uphold safety standards.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet company needs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair or replace parts on vehicles and equipment.
• Test and balance systems to meet specifications and safety standards.
• Ensure quality control and meet customer satisfaction.
