Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Order Coordinator to help scale, raft and ship JIT orders with production teams. This role focuses on accurate picking, labeling and timely fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The shift details are Monday to Friday, and the candidate should have basic data entry skills and the ability to use a scanner, computer, and warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks or forklifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must be proficient in data entry and basic computer knowledge.
• Must have the ability running an electric pallet jack or forklift.

Responsibilities

• Collecting all orders at a central point and accurately scaling and labeling the orders
• Using the computer and scanning gun to move the product to ensure that foods can select the product.
• Producing packing slips, invoices and purchase orders accurately.
• Interacting with the warehouse personnel to ensure all orders are received.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
