Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a warehouse associate to receive, store, and distribute materials within the plant and warehouse, adhering to GMP and PPE requirements. Shift is Monday–Friday starting at 7am (finish varies by workload).

Starting pay is $18/hour. The role involves lifting up to 100 pounds, operating material handling equipment, and logging inventory while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Reading efficiency to interpret schedules and orders.
• Ability to add/subtract, handle money, weight, and distance.
• General problem-solving and ability to follow simple instructions.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order to determine items to move or distribute.
• Conveys materials from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Sorts and stores items on racks or bins by size, type, color, or product code.
• Performs inventory counts and records amounts received or distributed.
• Assembles customer orders and prepares parcels for shipping.
• Operates and handles material and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintains inventory records and keeps work areas clean and organized.
