Watts is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Franklin, NH facility. The role requires accurate handling of shipments, documentation, and inventory control. It reports to the Materials Supervisor and is an on-site, full-time position.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of admin experience in a manufacturing setting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to read and write English. Safety and teamwork are essential in this role as part of a busy distribution campus.

Competenze

• 1+ years of administrative experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficient in data entry, inventory transactions, and reporting.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must meet safety practices and pre-employment requirements.

Mansioni

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments; print and pull for UPS; label and document shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records in company systems.
• Generate invoices, Bills of Lading, and verify load sheets; support cross-functional teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, run reports, and flag discrepancies; address shortages.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
