Job summary

CGS is actively seeking a Jira Lead Administrator to join our Information Technology team and drive federal IT transformation. The role focuses on advanced Jira/Confluence configuration, CI/CD workflows, and managing Atlassian tools for complex government projects.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in systems analysis and 3+ years of Jira/Confluence administration, plus familiarity with Bamboo/Bitbucket and agile practices. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience in systems analysis and design of information systems programs.
• 3 years’ experience with Jira and Confluence administration.
• 3+ years’ experience of Bamboo and Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of Agile and applied best practices.
• Must complete a stringent Background Investigation and obtain Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create custom projects in Atlassian tool suite for complex workflows to meet business needs.
• Provide advanced configuration of the Atlassian suite to promote CI/CD.
• Create and maintain Jira and Confluence collaboration sites (Kanban, Scrum, docs).
• Analyze, research, manage, and implement integrated Atlassian tools, plugins, apps.
• Interface with stakeholders as a liaison and trusted advisor.
• Gather requirements for business processes and optimize.
