Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Jira Lead Administrator in Washington, DC to drive transformation in federal IT. You will design Jira/Confluence workflows, integrate Atlassian tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize delivery and secure government projects.

The role requires 7 years in systems analysis, 3+ years in Jira/Confluence, and an Agile, SDLC mindset. A Federal security clearance is expected.

Qualifications

7 years’ experience in systems analysis and design of information systems programs.
3 years’ experience with Jira and Confluence administration.
3+ years’ experience of Bamboo and Bitbucket experience.
Advanced degree with additional 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Agile and applied best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Must complete a stringent Background Investigation for Government clearance.
Atlassian Jira Administrator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Create custom projects in Atlassian tool suite for complex workflows to meet business needs.
Provide advanced configuration of the Atlassian suite of tools to promote CI/CD.
Create and maintain Jira and Confluence collaboration sites (Kanban/Scrum boards, docs).
Analyze, research, manage, and implement integrated Atlassian tools, plugins, and applications.
Interface with diverse stakeholders as liaison and trusted advisor.
Help define upgrades or replacements for information systems.
Gather requirements for business processes and optimize them.
