CGS Federal is seeking a Jira Lead Administrator to drive transformation in federal IT by implementing new technologies, streamlining processes, and delivering mission value through best practices and tools.

The role emphasizes creating custom Jira/Confluence projects, configuring CI/CD, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders while supporting government initiatives and security clearances.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in systems analysis and design of information systems programs.
• 3 years’ experience with Jira and Confluence administration.
• 3+ years’ experience with Bamboo and Bitbucket.

Responsibilities

• Create custom projects in Atlassian tool suite for complex workflows to meet business needs.
• Provide advanced configuration of the Atlassian suite of tools to promote CI/CD.
• Create and maintain Jira and Confluence collaboration sites (Kanban boards, Scrum boards, doc pages).
• Analyze, research, manage, and implement integrated Atlassian tools, plugins, and applications.
• Interface with diverse stakeholders as a liaison and trusted advisor.
• Help define how information systems may be upgraded or replaced.
• Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize.
