Archer is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead two pod teams delivering edge infrastructure projects for retail and convenience sectors. You will run ceremonies, manage intake, and ensure Jira workflows and classification fields are maintained with accuracy.

Travel up to 25% for customer onsite engagements will be required. This role emphasizes cross-pod coordination, data-driven flow metrics, and keeping leadership informed about priorities and capacity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master, Kanban delivery lead, or equivalent in technical teams.
• Experience running Kanban with significant unplanned work; pure Scrum is insufficient.
• Strong Jira administration: workflows, boards, custom fields, JQL, dashboards.
• Proven ability to facilitate multiple teams/pods concurrently.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to summarize status for executives.
• Willingness to travel within the US up to 25% for onsite engagements.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate daily standups, replenishments, triage, retrospectives, and flow reviews for two pods.
• Own intake and triage: ensure work is scoped, categorized, prioritized, and routed.
• Manage Jira workspace: board hygiene, workflows, epic/sub-task structure, classification fields.
• Make unplanned work visible and report cost of escalations and context switching.
• Track flow metrics: cycle time, throughput, aging WIP, and blocked time.
• Coordinate cross-pod dependencies for shared tooling and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders on pilots, rollouts, migrations.
• Provide capacity views and early warnings on at-risk work; ensure action items close.
