Job summary

The Brixton Group is seeking a contract Quality/Testing Analyst for a 6-12 month engagement in St. Louis, MO, onsite four days per week. Compensation is $50-55 per hour on a W2 basis.

You will analyze requirements, manage the Jira backlog, create acceptance criteria, perform functional and regression testing, and produce test scripts, process docs, and training materials while partnering with enterprise document solutions and planning teams.

Qualifications

• Requirements analysis and regression testing.
• Proficiency with Jira backlog management.
• Ability to develop clear acceptance criteria, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, manage the Jira backlog, and develop acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional and regression testing, validate production changes, and coordinate migration testing.
• Create and maintain test scripts, process documentation, and training materials.
• Partner with stakeholders across enterprise document solutions, planning, and related teams.
• Research production issues and collaborate with business and technical teams on resolution.
