Responsibilities

The role is responsible for functional and regression testing, production validation, migration testing coordination, and test script creation and maintenance.

The BSA will own backlog management, acceptance criteria development, process documentation, training materials, stakeholder engagement, and production issue research.

Key stakeholders include Enterprise Document Solutions, IAP, Planning Group, and additional partners as document modernization efforts continue to expand.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your day-to-day activities will include assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and business solutions. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of your role. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Documentation is required. Advanced proficiency in Integration Testing is recommended. Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis, and advanced proficiency in Regression Testing and Atlassian JIRA are suggested.

• Develop detailed process models and documentation to support business transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business requirements and technology solutions.
• Support less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate actively in solution design discussions, leveraging expertise to influence outcomes and elevate quality standards.
