Forge Business Technology seeks an Atlassian Administrator to manage Jira and Confluence at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. You will optimize workflows, manage integrations, and ensure secure Jira environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Atlassian administration or related technical role.
• Experience administering Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored Jira solutions.
• Familiarity with Jira workflows, permissions and custom fields.
• Ability to create filters/reports with Jira Query Language (JQL).
• Must have or be able to obtain CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence environments.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to understand project needs and provide Jira solutions.
• Support team collaboration by implementing best practices for Jira usage.
• Create and manage custom workflows, schemes, permissions, and notifications in Jira.
• Assist in integrating Jira with other tools and platforms to improve productivity.
• Monitor Jira performance and troubleshoot/optimize system performance.
• Ensure a secure Jira environment by managing user roles and enforcing security protocols.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track project progress and KPIs.
• Assist in plugin installations, configurations, and updates to enhance Jira functionality.
