Job summary

Rhino Tool House in Livonia, MI seeks an Internal Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional initiatives across business systems, operations, and technology. You will own Jira end-to-end, configure workflows, maintain roadmaps, and coach teams on best practices in scrum and kanban.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong Jira proficiency, and Atlassian suite knowledge. You will drive visibility through dashboards and reports, and help scale PM capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Expert-level Jira administration, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira Service Management).
• AtlassianCertified Professional (ACP) certification required.
• Experience leading scrum and kanban across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Business Systems Improvement Roadmap with clear scoping and resourcing.
• Lead cross-functional projects across ERP (Acumatica), CRM/CPQ (HubSpot), and integrations (Celigo).
• Facilitate kickoffs, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status reviews.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers; drive resolution.
• Maintain project docs: charters, requirements, decision logs, runbooks.
• Serve as Jira administrator: config, boards, permissions, and automation.
