Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Jira Analyst - Engineering Project Management in Dearborn, MI to support engineering and program management activities from pre-launch through launch. This role tracks JIRA tickets, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and ensures effective communication across stakeholders.

You will liaise among engineering, program, finance, quality, software, purchasing, vehicle operations, suppliers, and other teams, while supporting prototype builds and on-time part

Qualifications

• Experience tracking and coordinating engineering or project management activities.
• Experience handling JIRA tickets from submission to closure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting prototype, pre-launch, or launch activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and project management support through gateways and launch phases.
• Coordinate as cross-functional contact among engineering, program, finance, quality, software, and suppliers.
• Support prototype, pre-launch, and launch build-site activities.
• Coordinate ECU hardware and software update events.
• Track JIRA tickets from submission through closure and communicate status.
• Facilitate communication between vehicle program, software, prototype build, and launch teams.
• Support part readiness and on-time delivery.
• Resolve build issues with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders in written and verbal forms.
