Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an on-site Technical Platform Program coordinator to support gateway and launch phases, acting as a single point of contact among Design/Release, Program, Finance, Quality, Software, and other teams. • Provide prototype, pre-launch, and launch build-site support, including coordination of ECU hardware and software update events, vehicle and part readiness, on-time part delivery, build issue resolution, vehicle/part sign-off, and communication between Vehicle Program / Software and Prototype Build/Launch teams.
• The Parts Tracking Analyst will provide tracking support for all parts ordered for specific breadboard projects, communicating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to uncover issues from pre-order to part arrival and track each part to the proper location on the required date, maintaining the full tracking timeline.

Support the Technical Platform Program Core Team through all engineering gateways and launch phases, from pre-program through Ok to Buy, serving as an on-site cross-functional coordinator and single point of contact among Design/Release, Program, Finance, Quality, Software, Attribute, PMTs, STA, Vehicle Operations, NML, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Provide prototype, pre-launch, and launch build-site support, including coordination of ECU hardware and software update events, vehicle and part readiness, on-time part delivery, build issue resolution, vehicle/part sign-off, and communication between Vehicle Program / Software and Prototype Build/Launch teams.

The Parts Tracking Analyst will provide tracking support for all parts ordered for specific breadboard projects. The analyst will communicate through written and oral form with suppliers and with cross-functional teams (i.e. Engineering/Program/Purchasing). The analyst will work to uncover any issues that might arise from pre-order to part arrival and will track each part to the proper location on the required date. The analyst will keep track of all work done to support the full tracking timeline.
