Jiffy Lube is seeking an Automotive Store Manager to own the guest experience at our Elmwood Park service center. Lead a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and drive world-class customer service and satisfaction while coordinating daily store operations.

You will oversee inventory, scheduling, and staffing, while supporting technicians with preventative maintenance and service tasks. This role demands leadership, customer focus, and a commitment to quality in automotive care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is essential.
• Automotive shop, quick lube, or related business experience preferred.
• Ability to inspire a high-performance team and provide strong leadership.
