Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in automotive service, a dealership, a tire center, quick lube, retail, or another customer-focused business.
• Leadership, supervisory, or team-training experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to operate service equipment, move items weighing up to 50 pounds, and meet the physical demands of the position.
