Job summary

Jiffy Lube in Joliet, IL is seeking an Automotive Assistant Store Manager/Manager in Training to lead a high-performance team while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will supervise daily store operations, coach and train teammates, and support the Signature Service and maintenance tasks.

This role offers full-time hours at a fast-paced, customer-driven environment with opportunities for advancement through Jiffy Lube University.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube.
• Must be able to lead and coach teammates.
• Willingness to participate in store operations and maintenance.
