Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will develop team members, ensure policy compliance, and lead operating procedures to drive store performance.

The role emphasizes training, customer service excellence, and promoting internal advancement within Signet Jewelers.

Competenze

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Mansioni

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and team development through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as directed.
