Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals while maintaining premier customer service. The role focuses on coaching team members, elevating product knowledge, training, and ensuring daily standards are met.

You will contribute to a culture of integrity and teamwork, participate in staff recruitment, and help implement company policies. This role offers growth through internal advancement within Signet Jewelers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to hit sales and profit targets.
• Develop team members' product knowledge through training and evaluation; recruit and select staff.
• Enforce company policies and procedures; contribute to strategic and operational duties.
