Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single store, driving sales, profitability and exceptional customer experiences. You will coach a team, manage inventory, and ensure brand representation and store visuals meet Signet standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail sales experience, OR 2 years of retail sales plus 1 year of retail management experience.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to meet sales, profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
• Drive personal and team sales through coaching and example.
• Ensure brand representation and store visuals align with corporate standards.
• Develop team members and provide onboarding and ongoing training.
• Maintain inventory control and accurate reporting, including safety and loss prevention.
