• DCA certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to meet sales and service goals.
• Coach and develop store team members and set performance expectations.
• Ensure brand standards, merchandise presentation, and inventory control.
• Schedule staff to align with peak periods and store needs.
